Let's Break The Stigma of Mental Health!

The Story

This has been a difficult year from many. As a consequence of the pandemic and the ensueing lockdown, many people are experiencing anxiety, depression and social isolation for the very first time in their lives. For my birthday this year, I'm raising money for SOLS Health - a charity based in Malaysia who is working tirelessly to provide the underprivileged community to access mental health services when they need it the most. Right now, they need mental health services the most.
