The centre is led by Dr Shan, while the operations is managed by Teacher Sumathi, currently assisted by 2 teachers with ad hoc specialised therapist. The learning curriculums is individually tailored for special needs ages 3 to 6 years. The centre incorporates speech, occupational and behavioral therapy treatments. It supports parents or caregivers of special needs children with monthly counselling and training sessions. The centre aims to enable the special needs children to be integrated into normal primary schools utilising holistic management treatment for low to mid income families. The premises is a bungalow house located on 55, Jalan Rajaratnam, Canning Garden, Ipoh Perak. It has 4 main activity areas including a large garden. It operates from Monday to Friday 8.00am to 1.00pm. Light refreshments is served in the afternoon.
