Tara Foundation
Education
TARA Foundation, an NGO and non-profit organization registered in 2002 in Malaysia, is a collective effort to lift communities out of poverty through early education. We provide targeted and accessible FREE after-school tuition for children from underprivileged households.
Our focus is on developing and sustaining the formal education of children from poor communities by catering to their unique learning needs and academic requirements.
Our methods are effective, with more than 30 of our former students now pursuing higher education.
