The Story

The Land Below the Wind, Sabah is the second largest state in Malaysia. With an area that spans 72,500 sq. kilometers, topped with a coastline surrounded by the South China Sea in the West, the Sulu Sea in the Northeast, and the Celebes Sea in the East. Sabah sits on the northern-most part of Borneo. Blessed with an abundance of natural resources and the unimaginable beauty of its nature. However, the beauty of nature has to be conserved. We all as human beings have the responsibility and ownership to reverse this loss of nature and create a future where marine life and people thrive again.

Therefore, here comes the project called 'Nature Warrior' which aligns with Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 14 - Life Below Water. This project aims to conserve and sustainably use the oceans, seas, and marine resources in Sabah. We collaborated with the 'Kudat Turtle Conservation Society' in the year of 2019 to have coral replanting, beach cleaning, and rebuilding the turtle hatchery throughout the project timeline.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, most of the organizations are facing hardship. We need support from the community to make this happen. I hope that you, the one who is reading until here, do give us a helping hand, not for anyone but for our Mother Earth.

A small action from you, a big impact we could make.
