Make A Contribution, Feed The Hungry!

The Story

Hi! My name is Kausalyah and I'm currently a student at University Malaya, pursuing my degree in BSc. Microbiology. I've always been passionate to help the needy and finally, I've gotten the chance to do that! I'm fundraising for this campaign because this campaign is one step closer to end world hunger.

Did you know the amount of food wasted in Malaysia can fill up the whole KLCC building in just 40 DAYS! Yes, you read that right. In 40 DAYS. So, this campaign actually strives to help the needy and underprivileged from going to bed with their stomachs growling. I'm doing this just for my self-satisfaction and happiness as I've always wanted to help out. To make someone's day by ending their hunger, to make them smile and also, to give them hope that we are all here to help them out.

Through this campaign, I hope that at least a few poor people would benefit from this and have food on their plate. Just imagine the smiles on the faces of people when they're super hungry and you give them a plate of food? Yes, that gives us satisfaction and warmth feeling in our hearts. I really hope many people would help me and my other fellow volunteers in raising awareness and funds for this campaign as it would help make a change in the community. Finally, let's end world hunger together by stopping food wastage and making a small contribution to feed the hungry!
