The Story

Hi there! I'm Alexandria Aloysius, an undergraduate student from University Malaya. This crowdfunding initiative is part of the Clean Our Plate Virtual Volunteering Program by AIESEC in collaboration with University Malaya. Clean Our Plate aims to create a world of zero food waste.

I feel very strongly about this project as food wastage happens every day and it should be tackled by not just you and l but every conscious living being. Food waste has a negative impact towards the environment as it contributes to pollution and climate change as well as towards societal issues such as famine and poverty.

The main purpose of this project is to raise funds and create better awareness in helping the underprivileged community who have been neglected and badly affected by the current pandemic. All contributions will be used to purchase necessities through Yayasan Food Bank Malaysia.

All contributions however big or small are welcomed and highly appreciated :)
