The Story

Tonight, while we sleep safely in our homes, thousands of stray animals in Malaysia are struggling to survive on the streets.

On our roads, beneath shop lots, and in quiet alleyways, countless cats and dogs face hunger, illness, and danger every single day, not because they were unwanted, but because they were forgotten.

Without shelter, many suffer from injuries, disease, or attacks from other animals. A single rainy night, an untreated wound, or a missed meal can mean the difference between life and death.

That’s why Paws & Hope exists.

This fundraiser is our way of turning compassion into action, providing food, medical care, and safe shelter to as many stray animals as possible. Not someday. Right now!

Hello everyone, my name is Easylee, and I’m the leader of Paws & Hope. I’ve loved animals for as long as I can remember. Whenever I see a stray, I instinctively stop to feed it, walking away has never felt right.

I still remember the tiny kitten I found shivering on a Kuala Lumpur sidewalk. It was pouring rain, cars rushed past, and I realised that if no one helped, that kitten might not survive the night.

That moment stayed with me. It taught me that feeling sorry isn’t enough. Action is what creates change.

At Paws & Hope, we believe every animal, no matter how small or abandoned, deserves kindness, care, and a chance to live. As students, we may not have endless resources, but together, we have the power to make a real difference.
