Headspace Heroes

The Story

The name headspace stands for a person's mental health or emotional state for clear thinking. Our goal as "heroes" are to spread awareness throughout society about the significance of mental health and how its negligence leads to rapid increase of depression diagnosed people here in Malaysia. We target to reach out to those who feel as if their lives are drifting away, imprisoned by their unhealthy state of mind.

Contributing to this cause helps us serve our purpose to mankind, which is supporting each other. Suffering from mental blocakge would ruin anybody's life if not treated and Headspace Heroes along with MMHA are here to help the ones who are lost to find their own purposes in life. The cause makes us feel emotional and motivated in terms of giving people hope that drives them everyday to live a better life.

People should help us in this campaign because mental health affects everyone, yet too many people in Malaysia suffer in silence. By supporting this campaign, people help break stigma, spread awareness, and offer real hope to those who feel lost or trapped by their own minds. Helping Headspace Heroes means turning compassion into action by reminding others that they are not alone, that help exists, and that their lives are worth fighting for.
