THE PROBLEM

Obtain capital contributions for the purpose of facilities for Muslim children who have embraced Islam and religious education such as studying the Qur'an as this village area only has church worship facilities.  Has tried to get a place as there is no wakaf and only village reserve land and capital from certain parties but has not received any contribution.  Most 70 % of these areas are non -Muslim

 

THE SOLUTION

It is hoped that through donations from certain parties, a small surau and dakwah hut can be built for the use of Muslim children and as a symbol of the center for the spread of Islamic dakwah in the area.

 

THE IMPACT

the effect is that more people will embrace Islam and the spread of da'wah as well as the comfort of worship and religious education to young children can be conveyed through this small hut

the impact of this facility will provide comfort and convenience as well as safety and injury when they use this facility. This is the only facility they have in this village

the donations received were used to repair the damage to the kampung gana community hall which is a basic facility for young children attending school in the area. Donation of payment vouchers by the organization to the gana membakut villagers' association

About the Organization/Project behind this Campaign

Pertubuhan Belia Sihat

Malaysian government to further promote the participation of youth in community activities in Malaysia. With the initiative of the youth is expected to take advantage of existing opportunities to give back and contribute to the State. [1] The Malaysian government has recognized that Malaysia can help youth and play a crucial role in shaping Malaysia as a better destination to live, work and play. In order to capture the imagination of the youth in order to provide inspiration in realizing the Belia sihat tonggak negara was established to carry out activities related to volunteer. [2] These activities aim to benefit the community and social groups targeted in the campaign. Through this campaign, Belia Sihat Tonggak Negara will be up to the individual whether collective or single, non-governmental organizations and the corporate sector to coordinate efforts to promote volunteerism of youth. More interestingly, 20 youth personality has been named 'BELIA SIHAT TONGGAK NEGARA' which was announced by the Honourable Tun Mahathir, Prime Minister of Malaysia at the Perdana Putra, Putrajaya. These skilled individuals have contributed significantly to the development of the country. All of them are stars in the fields they have ventured into the child, sports, music & youth
