My 1st Fundraising Campaign for Zero Hunger

The Story

Hello, everyone .My name is Ke Mei and I am 18 this year. Currently joined AIESEC in UTAR.After joining AIESEC, an international youth-run organization ,I become passionate to Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) which adopted by all United Nations Member States.The project I would like to introduced today is “Be A Hunger Ranger ,Make a Difference ”which aligned with Sustainable Development Goal 2-Zero Hunger.

As many people in Malaysia,I grew up with enough food on my plate and never have to worry what about my next meal. I have parents which care and love about me and won’t let me feel hungry.However,as I growing up ,I realised that hunger is on the rise again globally and undernutrition continues to affect millions of children .Although NGOs and government had been taking actions to solve this issue ,the hunger problem is still not thoroughly decreased and solved.Hence ,as a youth ,I believe we can do something to help out the community. If we driving ourselves momentum in understanding hunger issues, youth will be part of solution.

My contribution may seem very little ,but I believe a little kindness goes a long way, Every RM 10 support will allow many of them relieve from hunger.Hence ,let us hands by hands and work for a better future.
