Small Changes, Big Impact

The Story

Hi everyone, I'm Zhi Ching from AIESEC in HELP University.  We're currently having a volunteering program which focuses on SDG 4 Quality Education for secondary school students.  We hope they can build up their confidence level in speaking English and get the learning of STEM skills.

I think it is very important for everyone to have a strong foundation in English from young age. I used to not have much opportunities to speak in English because I was born and raised in a Chinese family, therefore I did not have much confident speaking in English before I joined AIESEC. However, since I joined AIESEC things have changed, my confidence in speaking English increased and I really learnt alot. I hope that our younger generation will have the opportunity to learn from an young age in this project, especially for those students who do not have much opportunity to learn.
