The Story

Hi, I'm Sia. I'm a virtual volunteer for Southern Youth Leadership Conference 10.0. This event is organized by AIESEC in Johor Bahru. We are given a task to raise a fund with the purpose to help those who are in difficulties, especially the students that have been categorized under the B40 group.

 Ever since the pandemic started, people are forced to stay at home to reduce the risk of being diagnosed by covid. This way, the transmission of covid-19 has been reduced. However, it does give a bad impact on people. During this period of time, most of the people are not be able to work, some are unemployed, and even worse some have been retrenched by the company due to covid-19. This causes a reduction in family income and most of the families do not have the ability to bring their children to school and also higher education. People should be aware of this situation as the impacts of this situation will last till the future.

Students and children are labeled as the "Leader of Tomorrow" and if they are not educated properly, what do you think will happen to the country in the future? I believe whatever the results are, they will not be the results we want right. So now here's the chance for you to contribute to solving this problem. You might think that your contribution is small but always remember a small contribution by you today might make big changes.
